Terms, Privacy & Disclaimer
Plain-English terms for using this website, how we handle your information, and what our testing information is and is not. Last updated: 17th October 2026.
1. Who we are
This website, key4health.com, is operated by Susan Booth T/A Key4health, United Kingdom (“Key4health”, “we”, “us”).
For any question about these terms or your personal data, contact us at nigel@key4health.com.
2. Health and wellness disclaimer
Key4health provides wellness information and testing-led programmes. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
- Test results describe wellness markers, such as fatty-acid balance, at a point in time. They are not a medical diagnosis.
- Nothing on this website or in our programmes replaces advice from a doctor or other qualified health professional.
- Anyone who is pregnant, has a medical condition or takes medication should consult their clinician before making changes to diet or supplements.
- Individual results and outcomes vary. We make no promise of any particular result.
Statistics and research quoted on this website are summarised from the sources named alongside them and are provided for general information.
3. Using this website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. The content, design and branding belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. We aim to keep information accurate and current but do not guarantee that the website will be error-free or always available. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
4. Our services
Testing days, pilots and programmes are agreed individually with each business or organisation. The specific scope, fees and responsibilities are set out in that agreement, which takes precedence over this page. Laboratory analysis is carried out by independent third-party laboratories.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on general information on this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales.
6. Privacy notice
We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. We collect only what we need and never sell your data.
What we collect and why
- Booking a conversation: when you book through our scheduling tool (Cal.com), we receive your name, email address, the time you chose and any notes you add. We use this to hold the meeting and follow up on it. Lawful basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
- Contacting us by email: we use your message and contact details to reply. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.
Health information
We do not collect health data through this website. Test results belong to the individual tested. In workplace pilots, any information shared with an employer is anonymised and aggregated, and individual results are not shared without that person’s explicit consent.
Who we share data with
Our website host, our scheduling provider (Cal.com) and our email provider, acting on our instructions. Our fonts are served by Bunny Fonts, an EU-based service. Where a provider processes data outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or adequacy regulations.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and booking records are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we enter into a business relationship, in which case we keep records for as long as needed for that relationship and our legal obligations.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict its use, and ask for a copy in a portable format. Email nigel@key4health.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
